Stenco was the general contractor for the construction of a 5,000 SF Chiller Building addition to the cooling tower structural steel on the south side of the Ford Livonia Transmission Plant.

This nine month project consisted of:

  • Piping work
  • Electrical grounding
  • Concrete foundations and asphalt paving
  • Structural steel fabrication and erection
  • Siding, roofing, and gutter work
