As Ford Land's CCM, Stenco is responsible for coordinating construction projects throughout Ford Land’s 48 facilities in Dearborn, MI.
Our responsibilities include conceptual and project cost estimating, project scheduling, field coordination with Ford Land tenant operations, site safety, and project administration. With multiple ongoing projects, our client receives the benefits of trade labor efficiencies, expedited delivery schedules, and increased quality through our familiarity of Ford standards and requirements.
This is a unique approach that varies from the traditional contractual relationship. Ford contracts with the firm best capable of providing high quality, low cost, effective construction services in a safe and timely manner at the given facility. While operating within Stenco's core beliefs of quality and safety, we provide pre-construction and construction services on over 500 facility improvement projects each year.
