St. John Providence Hospital: 5th and 6th Floor Renovations

Project Details

Location: Southfield, Michigan
Owner: Providence
Delivery Method: General Contractor

Project Value: $1,100,000

Stenco served as the general contractor for the renovation project on the 5th and 6th floors at Providence Hospital. Stenco managed all of the coordination, planning, scheduling, and safety for the renovations, which included patient rooms, hallways, nurse stations, reception areas, and common areas for visitors and patients.

Stenco self performed all of the metal studs, drywall, tile backer board, and door and hardware work, and managed over ten subcontractors to complete the renovations on time and on budget. This project involved many phases, as the area was occupied throughout the project, which necessitated a highly sensitive dust control process.
