Stenco completed multiple interior renovations at the historic Dearborn Inn, including renovation of over 200 guest rooms, three ballrooms, multiple meeting rooms, and two restaurants.

Additional work included replacement of windows, roof top units, and other miscellaneous finish work. All construction activities required careful coordination to keep the hotel fully operational during renovation.
