The three phase, six month project was carefully planned and coordinated with our construction crews working multiple shifts to ensure minimal disruptions to the JCI staff. While the main cafeteria was closed for construction, a temporary cafeteria was set up in an adjacent space which was ultimately converted into a new conference room.

New architectural details included an open ceiling concept with circular, oval, and square acoustical clouds suspended from the ceiling, complete with wood and ceramic tile detail. Designer lighting was also installed throughout the space, and a new coffee and espresso bar with a lounge area was constructed. The cafeteria also features 3,500 square feet of porcelain plank tile and multidimensional wood accent walls with accent lighting.
